We utilise modern technology and cultivation methods to produce our entirely natural and nutritious food supplements, efficiently and sustainably. We strive to deliver the best of both worlds
Before they are milled into powder, all of our mushrooms are cut and gently dried at around 40C, and so are essentially raw. The one exception being tremella, which requires a little extra heat to prevent spoilage.
Mushrooms also require sterilisation when powdering, we use a highly efficient non-thermal, non-chemical process. Kinder to the planet, and great for nutrient retention.
We’ve carefully refined every step of our cultivation and processing methods to ensure our mushrooms are bursting with as much natural nutrition and flavour as possible. At the same time, we hold ourselves to uncompromising purity standards - keeping contamination to an absolute minimum, with exceptionally low ash and heavy metal content, and absolutely no fillers or additives.
